Tan Son Nhat Airport: terminals T1, T2, T3 - which airline flies to which terminal, how to get around?

Since terminal T3 went into operation (April 2025), Tan Son Nhat has three passenger terminals. Going to the wrong station can cost you 15–30 minutes of travel – it's easy to miss the rush hour train.

1. Station allocation

T3 (new domestic) Most of our domestic trips Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air
T1 (domestic) The remaining domestic airlines and some odd routes (eg Vietnam Airlines to Con Dao, Rach Gia, Ca Mau according to initial allocation)
T2 (international) The entire trip international, all brands

Allocation can be adjusted in stages - always check the station printed on the ticket and the flight schedule reminder message VeDuHoc sent via Zalo.

3. Travel tips

  1. When booking a technology vehicle, choose the correct destination "Terminal T3" or "International Terminal T2".
  2. Mourners should make an appointment before the entrance to avoid long stops.
  3. Domestic - international connections: estimate travel time between stations.

4. Long Thanh Airport

Long Thanh International Airport (Dong Nai) is expected to operate phase 1 commercially from the end of 2026. When there is a flight to Long Thanh, the ticket will clearly state - VeDuHoc will notify you.
