Yên tâm mọi hành trình.
Đội Booker canh vé cho bạn.

VeDuHoc is usually a long-term one-way or round-trip ticket, which can be included student incentives (thêm hành lý, đổi ngày linh hoạt). Ngoài vé, Vé Du Học hỗ trợ trọn gói: chọn hành trình đúng lịch nhập học, tối ưu 40kg hoặc 2 kiện 23kg hành lý, check-in online, hướng dẫn quá cảnh và báo tin cho phụ huynh.

Ideally 2–3 months before the flight date, as soon as the admission/visa letter is received. Admission season (January–February and July–September) tickets increase quickly and seats are easily sold out. If you don't have a visa, you can still reserve your seat or choose a flexible ticket exchange.

Xem Tips for packing study abroad luggage.

You submit your desired destination, time period, and budget. Booker monitors airline prices and notifies you via Zalo when there is a suitable price to decide to reserve a seat.

Depending on the airline and ticket class, some tickets allow short-term reservations. Booker will quote a specific reservation period in the quote.

Priority should be given to traveling with the same ticket (one booking code) to receive support from the airline when the previous leg is late. If you split your tickets, you need extra time to connect and understand the risks - Booker will give specific advice.

Message the specialist with your booking code and the date you want to change. The change fee depends on the ticket class conditions (some classes are free to change, some classes charge a fee or no change is allowed) plus the difference in ticket price, if any. You should change as soon as possible - closer to flight time, fees are often higher or no longer possible.

Depending on ticket price conditions: economy/promotional economy tickets are often non-refundable or have a high refund fee; Flexible/refundable business tickets come with a fee. Unused taxes and airport fees are usually refunded. The specialist will advise the expected refund amount before you decide.

Refunds depend on the airline's processing time - usually from a few days to a few weeks (international airlines may take longer). When the company transfers the refund, VeDuHoc transfers it back to you via your registered bank account.
